Responsibilities:
- Salesforce delivery: turn client requests into requirements and build fields, record types, page layouts, Flow, validation rules, and formula fields.
- Reporting: design and build Salesforce reports and dashboards, using SQL and BI tools for analysis.
- RevOps consulting: run discovery with stakeholders, assess and redesign revenue processes, and lead client engagements.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Salesforce administration.
- Hands-on Salesforce configuration and deep reporting experience.
- Strong client-facing communication and experience writing requirements.
