Strategic Relationship Management:
- Own the end-to-end relationship with fiat providers and swap aggregators.
- Act as the voice of the partner internally and maintain understanding of partner contracts.
- Lead weekly and monthly business reviews to align on goals.
Growth & Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and report on metrics: conversion rates, transaction volume, revenue, and success rates.
- Identify regional trends and friction points to suggest ways partners can increase their share of wallet.
- Build structured reports for BD leadership that highlight risks, successes, and actionable recommendations.
Product & User Experience Advocacy:
- Deeply understand the flow from App Download to Token Swap.
- Identify where users drop off and why.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize feature requests.
