What You'll Do:

• Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System.
• Schedule and perform phone screens, and help implement a recruiting best practice strategy.
• Assist in building an event calendar and support candidate pipeline reporting and analysis.

What We Look For:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Background in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, or Organizational Development, plus interest in startups.
• Demonstrated experience with AI tools like Claude is required, along with a hard-working, determined, and self-motivated attitude.
