Perform remote standards and alignment reviews to assess client environments and identify improvement opportunities.
Maintain, update, and retire client standards templates as technologies and business requirements evolve.
Develop strong technical knowledge of assigned client environments, systems, and infrastructure.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in IT administration, technical support, or a similar technology-focused role.
Strong understanding of IT and telecommunications infrastructure, hardware, and software applications.
Experience with network and workstation operating systems, including Microsoft Windows environments.
