Responsibilities:

  • Creates cases and triages incoming events adhering to customer operating processes.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves end-user issues via phone, chat, and remote management tools.
  • Collaborates with team and customers to share issue resolutions and update knowledge base articles.

Qualifications:

  • 3 months to 2 years of work experience or recent graduate with IT Technical School or Associates Degree.
  • Progress toward CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Fundamentals certification.
  • Understanding of basic Windows, Macintosh, desktop hardware, and ability to multi-task.
