Accountabilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end IT integration initiatives from planning to execution.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Provide hands-on technical support and perform integration testing.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience in Help Desk, Systems Administration, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
