Accountabilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding, ensuring employment documentation and data are accurate, secure, and compliant.
- Coordinate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
- Identify automation and AI opportunities to scale onboarding and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Significant operations experience with employment contracts and legally binding HR documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, independence, and comfort in a fast-paced global, asynchronous environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace.
