What You'll Do:

Manage 4–6 open roles with 2+ senior or strategic hires.
Build trust with senior hiring managers and leadership.
Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to recruiting playbook.

Who You Are:

5+ years in recruiting, ideally at a marketing/advertising agency or remote-first tech company.
Experienced in hiring senior ICs and first-time managers.
Comfortable giving honest feedback to senior stakeholders.
