About The Role:
- Lead senior-level talent acquisition.
- Drive full-cycle executive searches.
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership.
What You'll Do:
- Manage full-cycle executive searches.
- Develop and execute customized search strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
What We Look For:
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in executive recruitment.
- Demonstrated expertise recruiting within the Banking, FinTech, and/or Technology industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
