Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (Sales)

In this role, the Recruiter will build and execute targeted recruiting strategies, acting as an advisor by providing talent insights and labor market data.

• Lead the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment.
• Maintain data discipline and leverage recruiting tools to improve hiring quality.
• Build strong relationships across HR and Commercial leadership to support staffing needs.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance practices.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
