About the Role:
- Help build and lead the field operations team that installs and maintains shelf cameras across UK retail partners.
- Support end-to-end UK operations: people, processes, metrics, and customer outcomes.
What We Are Looking For:
- A hands-on operations leader who has scaled field teams and processes.
- Someone who runs operations on data, builds structure, and thrives in a remote-first environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Own field-service performance and SLA delivery, building and developing the UK field operations team.
- Define, track, and report key metrics, and partner with executive leadership on strategy.
- Act as senior escalation point and build strong relationships with retail partners.
