Bridge Client Success Manager

About the Role:

• As our new Bridge Client Success Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue and building lasting relationships as the face of our company.
• You will be responsible for onboarding, regular touch points, renewals, cross-sells, and up-sells, and be the main point of contact for our advertisers.
• This is a fully remote position with a salary range of $52,000 to $55,000.

The Ideal Candidate:

• We are looking for someone with experience in client account management, CRM systems, contract management, and data analysis.
• You should have strong virtual communication skills and the ability to manage risk and escalations.
• Experience in a remote B2B service environment is a plus.
