Application & Workflow Configuration:
- Lead the administration and build of internal logic, triggers and automated workflows.
- Configuring automated contract routing and workflows.
- Managing IVR flows, call routing logic, and agent presence sync.
Vendor Selection & Evaluation:
- Lead the technical evaluation and selection process for new software vendors.
- Defining business requirements, conducting RFPs, performing gap analyses and managing proof-of-concept (POC) phases.
Integration Management:
- Lead the full lifecycle of integrations between these tools and Salesforce, from initial mapping and setup to ongoing monitoring of data synchronization.
- Partner with stakeholders in Sales, RevOps, Customer Support and other business teams.
