Senior IT Support Specialist

About the Job:

• The Senior IT Support Specialist will deliver end-to-end technical support, IT asset management, and service delivery.
• This role requires strong ownership in handling day-to-day support requests and maintaining accurate asset records.
• The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills.

What You'll Do:

• Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Coordinate IT asset procurement, maintain asset records, and manage equipment deployment and disposal.
• Manage support requests in accordance with ITSM processes and SLAs, and liaise with vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT support or service desk roles.
• Experience with IAM platforms like JumpCloud or Okta, and ITSM tools like Jira Service Management.
• Strong logical thinking, customer-service orientation, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
