Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the technical GTM strategy and operating model, setting core metrics for win rate and sales-cycle velocity.
  • Build, hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team of TAMs and Solutions Engineers; establish enablement frameworks.
  • Partner with commercial team to accelerate sales cycles and increase win rates through compelling technical engagement.

Experience Required:

  • 8–12+ years of professional experience, including 3–5+ years leading technical GTM teams in devtooling.
  • Deep technical knowledge of cloud computing and strong AWS skills.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and CDK.
