Role Overview:
- Draft, negotiate, and close TPA client agreements for self-funded plans.
- Support commercial portfolio and vendor partnerships.
What You'll Do:
- Advise on ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, and No Surprises Act.
- Be legal go-to for Sales, Account Management, Finance, Operations.
What You Bring:
- Juris Doctor, active license, and 5+ years of legal practice.
- Self-funded health plan and TPA operations experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $150,000-$200,000 base salary, benefits day one.
