Training & Compensation:
- Get up to 64 hours of paid pre-licensing training with all costs covered.
- Start at $18/hr during training and jump to $22.50/hr once licensed.
- Pass the state exam with two covered attempts.
What You'll Do:
- Help customers with quotes, policy changes, and billing inquiries over phone and email.
- Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates accurately.
- Ensure all transactions meet industry regulations and quality standards.
Who We're Looking For:
- You have customer service experience and a growth mindset.
- You're detail-oriented, reliable, and can pass a background check.
- You're committed to the full 8-week training schedule starting 11/23.
Remote Requirements:
- Wired internet (cable, fiber, or DSL) installed directly in your home.
- Ethernet connection from the Qualfon computer to your router.
- No wireless, cellular, or satellite internet allowed.
