Licensed Customer Care Agent- Evening Shift

Role Overview:

• Provide responsive customer support across multiple channels for a pet-focused company.
• Work a consistent evening shift remotely from anywhere in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle insurance, enrollment, claims, and non-insurance questions with accuracy and empathy.
• Use ticketing systems and data entry to track and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on coverage options and identify additional needs.

Requirements:

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Experience with high-volume customer service and platforms like Zendesk or Kustomer.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a remote environment.
