Customer Success Representative

Accountabilities:

• Meet with clients via scheduled Zoom and phone appointments to discuss benefits.
• Identify client needs, explain insurance options, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing support.

Qualifications:

• No prior insurance experience required; customer service or related experience valued.
• Must be 18+, located in the US, and eligible to obtain Life & Health Insurance License.
• Access to a computer, reliable internet, and professional remote workspace required.
