Key Responsibilities:

Own full-cycle recruiting across assigned markets, including sourcing, screening, offer, and handoff.
Source outbound through Handshake, Indeed, referrals, and university channels.
Build and hold pipeline in shifting markets, and partner with clinical hiring managers.

Requirements:

You have carried 10+ hires per month or 100+ per year in a full-cycle role.
Hands-on outbound sourcing experience with pipelines you built yourself.
2+ years recruiting in healthcare, staffing, or high-volume environment.
