Role Overview:
- Serve as the main point of contact for deployment activities, leading project status meetings and aligning resources across Sales, Marketing, and Product.
- Own the entirety of the deployment phase, including creating project plans and defining critical milestones.
Who You Are:
- At least 4+ years of experience as a client-facing Implementation Consultant in B2B SaaS.
- Strong sense of project completion and familiarity with tools like Linear, Jira, Asana, and Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a resource for analyzing implementation trends and translating data into actionable insights.
- Develop and document best practices and standardized playbooks to ensure smoother onboarding experiences.
