Core Responsibilities:

  • Support at-risk students through proactive outreach via phone, text, and virtual meetings.
  • Develop and guide individualized support plans and coordinate interventions.
  • Strengthen the MTSS and pre-referral process through documentation and collaboration.

Live Support:

  • Assist in scheduling and facilitating Zoom support sessions.
  • Track attendance, participation, and MTSS-related data.
  • Maintain consistent communication between students, families, and teachers.

Team & Autonomy:

  • Work on the Student Success team with cross-divisional collaboration.
  • Empowered to problem-solve and develop interventions with leadership support.
  • Manage outreach, follow-up, and case progression with meaningful autonomy.
