Core Responsibilities:
- Support at-risk students through proactive outreach via phone, text, and virtual meetings.
- Develop and guide individualized support plans and coordinate interventions.
- Strengthen the MTSS and pre-referral process through documentation and collaboration.
Live Support:
- Assist in scheduling and facilitating Zoom support sessions.
- Track attendance, participation, and MTSS-related data.
- Maintain consistent communication between students, families, and teachers.
Team & Autonomy:
- Work on the Student Success team with cross-divisional collaboration.
- Empowered to problem-solve and develop interventions with leadership support.
- Manage outreach, follow-up, and case progression with meaningful autonomy.
