Job Summary:
- Support the WellBe team in acquiring new patients and scheduling in-home visits.
- Serve as the first point of contact, introducing patients to WellBe's services and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
- Navigate tough conversations, handle objections, and address patient needs with empathy.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with data entry, Google Workspace, Excel, and call center software.
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Work Location & Pay:
- 100% remote role for candidates within 50 miles of Chicago, Atlanta, Columbus, Cincinnati, Rochester, or Pittsburgh.
- Competitive hourly pay of $20-$24 based on experience.
