Specialist Implementation

Implementation Support:

• Facilitate client meetings to set expectations and answer questions.
• Manage and review implementation documentation, providing feedback to clubs.
• Support clubs in completing required documentation such as assessments.

Training Development & Facilitation:

• Develop training modules in various modalities for youth development professionals.
• Use content creation software to create or edit training materials.
• Facilitate virtual, technical training for large groups of Club staff.

Ongoing Client Support:

• Respond to and resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer issues.
• Recommend potential business practices by analyzing customer needs.
• Manage incoming calls and document support interactions.
