Role Overview:
- Own the systems, data, and processes that help recruiters hire efficiently.
- Turn complex workflows into scalable processes and deliver reliable hiring insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and optimize our ATS, build automations, and manage recruiting tech vendors.
- Design compliant hiring workflows and maintain guides/training for self-service.
We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in recruitment ops with hands-on ATS administration and reporting.
- Experience with automation, GDPR, and change management in a fast-moving environment.
