Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a unified talent acquisition operating model connecting recruiting execution to business outcomes.
• Define roles, service standards, and governance across recruiting and key stakeholders.
• Lead evaluation and optimization of ATS, CRM, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years progressive talent acquisition leadership in RPO, staffing, or professional services.
• Experience selecting, implementing, or transforming enterprise ATS or recruiting technology.
