Job Description
We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a mid-level role focused on guiding entrepreneurs through business solution decisions. You'll contribute directly to sales targets and process improvements within a fast-paced, startup environment. Responsiblities include qualifying and closing inbound demo leads, running discovery and matching prospects, following up and nurturing leads, managing pipeline and CRM accuracy, and achieving sales quota while ensuring customer experience. To be successful you should have the ability to clearly and empathetically communicate, capacity to guide prospects through complex decisions, and proactive identification and resolution of issues. Also important are active collection, synthesis, and communication of sales conversation insights to inform product, marketing, and operations. Initiative in developing outbound strategies using available tools, scripts, and messaging to engage new leads, including testing messages, reactivating warm leads, and sharing results.
