Responsibilities:

  • Drive Pro sales growth by identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities throughout your assigned territory.
  • Execute Pro-focused programs and promotional initiatives within the retail environment.
  • Serve as the regional expert in blueprint reading and project takeoff execution for complex Pro opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in field sales, business development, or channel management within the building materials industry.
  • Direct experience working within the retail environment, including Lowe's and/or The Home Depot.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to travel up to 75%.
