About the Role:
- Work closely with the director of development to support fundraising and donor engagement.
- Gain hands-on experience in nonprofit development, including research, events, and stewardship.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct donor and prospect research to identify funding opportunities and prepare briefing materials.
- Assist with grant research, donor communications, and fundraising event logistics.
Professional Growth:
- Learn major-gift fundraising, foundation support, and nonprofit financial operations.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and take on increasing responsibility as the organization grows.
