New Program Director West- Remote

Hiring:

• Conduct interviews to ensure coordinators align with Apartment Life’s calling and character.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to match coordinators with communities where they can excel.

Remarkable Initial Experience:

• Gather administrative details and set up new programs accurately and on time.
• Kick off relationships with coordinators and community managers to set clear expectations.
• Partner with Training Team to ensure timely, quality training for each product and community.

Excellent Programs:

• Coach coordinators toward missional living and ensure communication reflects Apartment Life’s mission.
• Monitor and approve administrative requirements like business, impact, and expense reports.
• Meet monthly with coordinators and community managers to review results and develop service recovery strategies.
