Position Summary:
- Lead and coordinate the Northeast Division's marketing, business development, and growth programs.
- Work closely with divisional leadership, commercial team, and seller-doers.
- Drive organic growth through aligned opportunities and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pursuit and proposal support, including Go/No-Go workflows and proposal development.
- Oversee CRM and pipeline management, monitoring trends and supporting sales forecasting.
- Strategize association memberships, conferences, client events, and funding opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in AEC marketing, proposal management, or business development support.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms preferred.
