Role Details:

  • Department: Commercial / Sales, reporting to CEO / Founder
  • Location: United States, remote with regular travel to client sites and events
  • Contract type: Full-time, salary range $100,000–$125,000 base salary, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • New business development: Identify and develop opportunities across US events, venues, sports, and hospitality
  • Commercial proposals: Create compelling, ROI-led business cases and manage the full sales cycle
  • Market development: Research target accounts and refine Boxbar's US messaging and approach

About You:

  • 5+ years in business development or commercial roles, with proven new business pipeline management
  • Experience in events, sports, venues, hospitality, or related technology sectors
  • Strong communication, CRM discipline, and ability to sell value to senior stakeholders
