- Department: Commercial / Sales, reporting to CEO / Founder
- Location: United States, remote with regular travel to client sites and events
- Contract type: Full-time, salary range $100,000–$125,000 base salary, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- New business development: Identify and develop opportunities across US events, venues, sports, and hospitality
- Commercial proposals: Create compelling, ROI-led business cases and manage the full sales cycle
- Market development: Research target accounts and refine Boxbar's US messaging and approach
About You:
- 5+ years in business development or commercial roles, with proven new business pipeline management
- Experience in events, sports, venues, hospitality, or related technology sectors
- Strong communication, CRM discipline, and ability to sell value to senior stakeholders
