Senior Manager, People Business Partner

What You'll Do:

• Provide strategic HR partnership, consultation, coaching and support to business leaders.
• Use data, experience and best practices to develop and facilitate the execution of strategic people plans.
• Take a proactive approach to retention and engagement.
