About the Role:

  • The Operations Coordinator will work closely with Regional Managers to manage referral volume for the Central and Western US.
  • This includes assigning daily leads to partner firms, ensuring data and documentation are provided, and staying compliant with ethics requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily flow of referrals and track compliance data for the region.
  • Support Regional Manager with case agreement records and facilitate payment compliance.
  • Build progress reports and interact regularly with attorneys and partner firms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years of Business Development or Account Management experience.
  • Effective communicator with strong phone/Zoom presence and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to harness qualitative and quantitative data.
