Senior Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary technical and solution design resource for L&D clients, leading demonstrations and advisory engagements.
• Partner with Sales and Partner Management to craft tailored solution narratives from discovery through close.
• Translate complex requirements into product configurations and implementation recommendations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in solution architecture, pre-sales, or sales engineering with increasing scope.
• 3+ years in fintech or SaaS, plus expertise with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Compensation:

• Annual base salary between $155,000 and $165,000 plus quarterly commission.
• Equity compensation, flexible time off, and 401k matching.
