We are seeking a Reconciliation & Reporting Process Owner to join our Operations team, responsible for designing and automating reconciliation processes across SEPA, SWIFT, and card payment flows.
You will take ownership of the architecture, reporting, and data quality, driving automation and building dashboards for real-time visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and automate vendor and regulatory reports, ensuring they reconcile with underlying datasets.
Identify manual steps and eliminate them using internal tooling, scripting, or external platforms.
Act as the internal subject-matter authority on reconciliation data and tooling, driving process improvement autonomously.

What We're Looking For:

At least 5 years of direct reconciliation experience in a regulated financial institution.
Strong SQL skills and fluency with data visualization tools like Databricks, Metabase, or Tableau.
A genuine autonomy and ability to take a problem from vague description to shipped solution with minimal oversight.
