Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Germany-based consultants to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Drive new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and converting consultancy opportunities across Europe.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across food, agriculture, and sustainability sectors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, commercial leadership, or consultancy within food, agriculture, or sustainability sectors.
- Strong track record of winning new business and leading teams.
- Degree in Agriculture, Economics, Sustainability, or Business preferred.
