About the Role:
- Ensure efficient radiology operations by triaging communications and monitoring workflows.
- Support quality assurance and compliance with ACR standards.
- Act as a liaison between radiologists, departments, and outside facilities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications for critical and urgent findings.
- Assist with outside reads and second-opinion requests.
- Monitor turnaround times and escalate unresolved IT issues.

- Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in radiology systems and data analysis tools.
