Your Mission:
- Own inbound support and drive great resolutions for nurses.
- Partner with Technical Support on complex issues and escalations.
Your Daily Business:
- Manage inbound voice, chat, and email support during your shift.
- Own cases end-to-end - triage, follow-up, and clear handover.
- Cover evening and weekend shifts in a rotating schedule, planned weeks ahead.
Your Skillset:
- Enrolled student (Bachelor's/Master's) with active enrollment for a Werkstudent contract.
- First customer-facing experience and clear, empathetic communication.
- Structured problem-solver, comfortable with everyday tech; fluent German (C2) and solid English.
