Your Role:
- Act as the primary contact for complex customer queries escalated from 1st level.
- Ensure high-quality responses using digital tools and maintain efficiency.
- Collaborate with logistics, IT, and payment providers to resolve issues.
Your Profile:
- Bring experience in customer service and a passion for solving complex problems.
- Comfortable with technology and digital tools like Zendesk.
- Strong communication skills and decision-making ability.
