People Operations Generalist

EMPLOYEE LIFECYCLE & EXPERIENCE:

• Own programs across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage onboarding operations, including system setup and equipment ordering.
• Partner with managers and new hires to ensure a strong onboarding experience.

PEOPLE OPERATIONS & SYSTEMS:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data across Rippling and internal records.
• Support benefits administration and serve as a resource for employee questions.
• Own payroll execution in partnership with Finance, ensuring accuracy.

REMOTE WORK OPERATIONS:

• Ensure the remote team has the tools and support they need.
• Act as the liaison between employees and the IT vendor.
• Support employee access, provisioning, and offboarding across systems and tools.
