What You Will Work On:
- Running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and JP-specific platforms.
- Owning the full creative lifecycle for PPC.
- Setting up and maintaining tracking (UTMs, GTM, GA4).

- Experience in performance marketing, ideally in fintech, trading, e-commerce, or gaming.
- Comfortable using AI tools and open to try the new ones.
- Your Japanese is strong enough to write and localize marketing content.
