Key Responsibilities:

  • Find innovative ways to complete sales with prospective and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Answer and address all customer questions, gather data to understand their Insurance needs, generate quotes, and upsell when available.

Qualifications:

  • Active resident Producer Property & Casualty License and a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, must be 18 years or older, and comfortable with Windows-based systems and typing at least 25 words per minute.

  • Demonstrate process excellence by following procedures and being customer service driven, with strong collaboration and organizational skills.
  • Possess outstanding communication, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
