The Role:
- You will lead and scale the legal function as Deputy General Counsel.
- You will oversee commercial contracting, healthcare regulatory, IP, and more.
- This is a senior leadership role requiring strategic and operational management.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead core legal areas, manage a team of attorneys, and set priorities.
- Oversee commercial contracting workflows and improve stakeholder experience.
- Partner with General Counsel on strategic risk decisions and compliance.
What You Need:
- JD, active bar membership, and 10+ years legal experience.
- In-house leadership in healthcare or tech, with strong regulatory knowledge.
- Familiarity with Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, HIPAA, and privacy law.
