As an SDR at Passport, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in driving our growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate net new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
Build Passport’s client base through identifying qualified opportunity leads from marketing campaigns and cold outreach. Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and social media to introduce Passport Global & Passport Shipping’s services. Qualify leads and schedule meetings or calls for the sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system. Work hand in hand with fellow SDRs to share successful techniques and build comradery in our remote environment. Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and appointments.
