What you'll do:

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting through to signed contracts, across NHS Trusts, ICSs, and large private and international hospital groups.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound activity, inbound leads, partner relationships, and marketing campaigns.
  • Lead structured discovery with clinical, operational, digital, and finance stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and target outcomes.

What you'll bring:

  • A strong track record in enterprise SaaS sales with consistent quota achievement and multi-year contract wins.
  • Experience selling into healthcare providers, ideally NHS Trusts, ICBs, or large hospital groups.
  • Confidence running complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and building compelling business cases with clear ROI.
