As People Operations Manager, you’ll lead a team dedicated to scalability, compliance, and employee experience. You’ll design systems across the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding and compensation to offboarding. WeTravel is scaling rapidly, and while they currently use tools like HiBob and Deel, they're always looking to optimize further — with a focus on automation and reducing manual work. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and leadership to build a people infrastructure that supports both the team and the growth.
Lead the 2025 global compensation project: comp philosophy, salary banding, pay equity, promo cycles and year-end reviews. Build and standardize foundational HR processes and further optimise the people function to support global scale. Support in other strategic projects such as launching a Leadership Development Program to invest in the manager layer and redesign Performance Management plans.
