Role Purpose:

  • Supports the scaling and reliability of Wasabi’s IT systems as the company grows.
  • Manages core IT platforms, cloud collaboration tools, and hardware assets.
  • Contributes to strategic initiatives and providing hands-on end-user support as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and improve business-critical IT systems.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize the company’s SaaS application portfolio.
  • Support and manage the company’s AI tools and provide escalated IT support.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of systems or IT engineering experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong IAM and security experience, including Okta and cloud security tools like Netskope.
