Job Description

As Vice President of North America Sales, you will be a key member of the team, responsible for driving enterprise revenue growth, leading the regional sales team, and shaping the go-to-market strategy for our security offerings. You will build and scale a world-class sales organization, establish deep customer relationships, and play a pivotal role in achieving aggressive growth targets in the North American market. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the North American sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives. Define key segments, targets, and GTM plans to accelerate pipeline and bookings growth. Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing enterprise sales team across North America. Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Partnerships to align on demand generation and customer acquisition strategies. You will also attract, retain, and develop top enterprise sales talent. Foster a results-oriented, customer-centric, and collaborative sales culture. Implement performance metrics, sales enablement, and coaching frameworks to support growth. Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers Represent the company in strategic deals, executive briefings, and industry events.
