Leadership Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight and act as liaison between campuses and corporate.
- Recruit, hire, and train Campus Presidents; manage performance and development.
Operational Oversight:
- Monitor key quality indicators including enrollment, retention, and NCLEX pass rates.
- Manage cap-ex and operational budgets to achieve P&L goals.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary range of $180,000 - $225,000 with annual performance bonus.
